Deep Hole

Reported by Colleen Hardy at 14:41, Fri 18 May 2018

Sent to Harare and Ward 26 4 minutes later

This hole is on the corner of the slip road that runs parallel to Willowvale Road and Rainham Road. There has been a water leak there for many many many years and now the water situation has been sorted out in February 2018 but now the oblong hole requires filling. It has now become a dustbin for all the Tobacco Sellers, when they have rubbish in their vehicles they are now throwing it in there. PLEASE PLEASE could this hole be filled in. I think it would require about 1/2 1 tonner truck of sand.

  • This hole has been reported since February 2018 and is in desperate need of filling. It is currently being used as a dustbin and will become a health hazard soon. I am no professional, but I think it will require about half a 1 tonne load to fill with soil. When the rains come it will fill this hole with water and then people will get sick.

  • This hole has still not been filled in. It is now being used as a rubbish dump. People can no longer wash their cars as the broken pipe has now been sorted out , we just need to fill it in. This request is going back to February 2018.

  • Please could this hole be filled in. Now that the rain has arrived, we are going to be indated with Mosquito's and with there being no medicine, I think prevention is better than the cure. It will take approximately 1/2 1 tonne load of soil to fill. This is urgent now.

  • This hole that has still not been filled, is now full of water so the rubbish that was thrown into it is now floating on the top of it. This was reported in May 2018 and still it has not been filled up. Please could it be attended to ASAP.
